confusing question…being bipolar, i dont think youre embracing anything heavily , it is just how you are and if it seems this way to some than well …it is actually normal to “us”
A racing mind is a …
A racing mind is a decadence. The racing thoughts are not to be analyzed but instead rejected out of hand – that is a first step to over-coming. Also you will be helped to admit life is a power game, and that to get ahead one must play well or at least cheat. Skilful players learn to ignore the racing thoughts and embrace sanctuary at least once a week. The Buddha discussed this at length. Thoughts race due loss of a power struggle. Quit struggling so much.
Jeff: No, I tell …
Jeff: No, I tell these things to people face to face and would gladly tell it to yours. You are advised to abandon the victim-centric world view and simplistic psychological theories. Your value to others is based on just that – so make yourself more valuable and less offensive. The victim-centric world view is offensive, like flattulence. I am telling the truth here for your benefit. Fix your personality. Good Luck.
People like you are …
People like you are too afraid to tell people what you feel like to their face. So you get a sense of control by talking on the Internet.
This is my answer. …
This is my answer. I will 100% embrace the crap out of it. Then a minute later, a few hours later, a day later I will ditch that idea for the one that makes the most sense to me at that time. Is this what is meant by embracing ideas heavily?
I wil describe what …
I wil describe what I do and maybe you can tell me if that is what is meant by this. I have a great desire to try to overcome all of my mental illnesses because they really suck. Ideas will race through my mind at night as i hyperanalyze my illnesses. Something wil come along and I wil think that is what I’ve looking for all my life.
I have to divide …
I have to divide this post into 2 posts because it is a longer one but it is important to me to know the answer because of the frustration I have. I’ve got a question concernig my Bipolar type 2 disorder. I’ve read about people chasing and embracing ideas with BD.
So I have an …
So I have an offensive personality at all times eh?
And you are a normal?
Das veruektheits wahre buete,
das sind ganz normale leute!
We normals who know …
We normals who know bipolars know that you have offensive personalities at all times, it’s just that at some times you’re worse. Personality develpement improves the condition across the board and makes you more palatable to us. Many bipolar people do get better without meds – that is the truth. But it seems that many can’t. Almost no research is done as to why some can and some can’t. Once you are better “Big Pharma” doesn’t want to know about you – you threaten their income. Life is a game

Because lithium …
Because lithium does nothing for you. It just regulates it. My sister takes it, she still gets major down swings, and she sleeps all day. I can manage without drugs.
Effexor is made for …
Effexor is made for “normal” depression not bipolar, how can you judge when you haven’t even tried bipolar medicine? Like Lithium which works well on Bipolar-I and Lamictal which works well Bipolar-II.
If you do the …
If you do the research you’ll realize that you are either way, medication may make you feel better, but it’s doing absolutely NOTHING for you besides tricking your brain. I’m bipolar myself, and I choose to steer clear from medication, I was on effexor before for depression and quit it cold turkey which was a great decision. I changed my diet, started exercising more, started meditating, and forced myself into uncomfortable social situations, and it’s helped me a lot. Do the research!
